With € 153mln of cash supplied Space3 is the largest Italian SPAC and is listed on a regulated market for investment vehicles, the MIV (Regulated Telematic Market for Investment Vehicles).
Space3 aims to find a company that is an example of Italian industrial excellence and is interested in opening its capital to institutional investors through the listing of its shares on the stock exchange.
Space3 is the third SPAC sponsored by Space Holding S.r.l. after (i) the success of Space, today FILA after the merger, and (ii) the completion of the Business Combination of Space2 with Avio from the day April 10, 2017.
